A HYROX-style fitness event. Partner up, work through a series of strength and cardio stations, running between every one, and try to get round as fast as you can. Beat the clock, then come back to beat your own time.
Run Per Station
Every Round
Yours to Beat
Maximum Games takes the HYROX-style format and runs it inside Burnout Boxing. You work through a series of fitness stations; each one a different strength or cardio movement; with a run between every single one.
You and your partner go through it together, against the clock. At the end you get a time. The aim isn’t to beat anyone else in the room; it’s to get round as efficiently as possible, then come back another time and beat the time you’ve already set.

Straight out the door and back before the next station
Next station, next run, until the course is done
A mix of free weights, resistance equipment and pure cardiovascular effort, with a run between every station.
Free weight overhead pressing, building shoulder and upper body strength under fatigue.
A posterior chain strength station; controlled reps that test grip and full-body strength.
Weighted walking lunges across the floor; legs and core working together under load.
Controlled pulling and pressing movements on the cable rig, building strength through a full range of motion.
A pure cardio effort station; max output on the bike before heading back out for the run.
Stations rotate between events, so the course never feels exactly the same twice.
