Person Trainer Sara is just as happy tackling the Maximum Fitness coffee run as she is getting stuck in in the gym!

Her main aim as a coach is to help women look and feel better about themselves, and she helps her clients to do this by implementing her philosophy: ‘it’s not a diet - it’s a maintainable lifestyle!’

Sara’s favourite part of her job is seeing her clients achieve their goals, and watching their self confidence grow and develop. She says one of the biggest achievements that she’s seen from her clients is sticking with outdoor personal training in the winter, during the COVID-19 lockdown. She says that the majority of her clients returned to the gym with excellent results.

Sara’s top tip for getting the most out of your health and wellbeing journey is simply to enjoy it. She says it’s important not to see it as a chore or punishment, but doing the things you like to do and aiming for consistency will guarantee positive changes.
